“Average service”

Rented an economy size car from the Gatwick branch (off airport but soon to be moving). I was given a Fiat 500L. The car itself was fine, with aircon and a panoramic glass roof. Service was friendly however it took more than 30 minutes for the car to be ready for me to drive away. This was very annoying indeed. The returns procedure was straightforward. They have a full tank to full tank policy which is fair.
