Little to add to the 47 previous good reviews. I would like to see a response from the one unsatisfied customer. A rapid and helpful internet response when booking. EDI waiting outside arrivals to give extra help for less mobile passenger. Very friendly reception with no hard sell. Additional driver rapidly added with no extra charge. Car in very good condition, but lacking rear window shelf. Very relaxed approach to fuel level and external condition of car. Away from airport very rapidly with no queuing. Car ran very smoothly. Car return very easy, although a plan to accompany return procedure instructions might help. No subsequent additional charges. Would definitely use again. Our experience has persuaded a villa owner who visits regularly, and has used many other companies, to try EDI in future
