“Terrible service!!!!!!”

The experience with this company is the worst ever: waiting for shoes almost 2 months and waiting for a refund another 2 months now. Finance Department has forgot to process the refund via paypal and after countless phone calls and emails, I am still waiting for my refund!!!!
