“Great Holiday booked through Imperial Travel”

I booked a holiday to Sharm el Sheikh with Imperial Travel last October. I found the bargain holiday that I wanted at the exact hotel for myself, husband , daughter, son in law a granddaughter and grandson who is an infant.
After booking and paying in full for the holiday I then read the poor reviews that people had written.
I waited with baited breathe as our holiday got nearer wondering if I would have any problems.Adam was polite at all times.
Check in on line was no problem and when we arrived at our hotel everything was as it should be.
Thanks very much to Adam and his team for our wonderful holiday, I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future. Sonia Luff
