I attempted to order a phone on the 29th of April. I was not sent an email to electronically sign so the order was subsequently cancelled although I was not informed of this! £28.50 was debited almost immediately funnily enough and I was told the refund would be issued within 3 - 5 working days.
I have now received an email saying that it will be paid on THE 2ND OF JUNE?!
After questioning this, I am told the my direct debit was inactive so unable to issue refund. Well I have contacted Tesco on 3 separate occasions regarding my refund and not once was I told this! My bank details are clearly still visible on the account I set up anyway.
Needless to say I am appalled with Tesco Mobile and wouldn't recommend them to my dog! I can only be thankful for the fact I never actually had to be a customer with them for 24 months!!!!
