“No after sales service - just a recorded message - BEWARE!”

I received my climbing frame order last Monday and until delivery my experience of your DH was very good, very helpful people on the telephone and an excellent tracking service for delivery. However this all changed this morning when I called to inform you about missing parts in my order and was informed I had to put this in writing - now that they have received all my money suddenly nobody is available to speak to me I have to write an email instead - NOT ACCEPTABLE!
I received 4 x 1500 pieces and 2 x 1600 pieces in my order when I should have received 2 x 1500 pieces and 4 x 1600 pieces, I now have a platform and some ladders in my garden and one very unhappy 6 year old little girl.
I emailed early this morning and not had a reply, I have also contacted them by telephone asking to speak to a manager and just got put through to a recorded message which was reciting their terms and conditions. I also left a review on their website which are obviously reviewed before adding as it is still not listed - obviously because it was negative - for this I have reported them to the advertising standards authority as this is not a real reflection of their reviews - false advertising! I wish I had found this before ordering from them, maybe a bewaredunsterhouse.co.uk website should be made.
