“Treasures of Europe 10 May to 18 May 2014”

Fabulous Tour. Eight of family members took this trip & I am delighted that we went with Star Tours.

Highlight of tour: (1) Tour was very well planned. (2) We were lucky to have one on the best tour manager & driver of the Star tours. Both of them has a good knowledge of places we visited & gave plenty of information. They saw us more places then mentioned in itinerary. I would given 5 stars for their services. (3) Hotels used throughout of tour were excellent except for one. (4) Visited one of the best icons of Europe.i would recommend this tour to anyone. (5) Tour covers most important places in Europe, so involves bit (more) of traveling. Our tour manager made us play good games so that made traveling easier.

4 stars for following reasons. (1) There is lot to be seen in Florence. However time allocated given was too short. I would recommend to add another day to tour & give plenty of time. (2) Hotel used for Florence was poor. Although location was excellent, rooms itself was substandard. (3) Food was good throughout the tour. However there was too much repetition.
