“Terrible Customer Service and Absolutely Unreliable ”

People working in this agency have no idea about the customer service. They dont let you finish your sentence. As an answer, they use a memorized formula and have no intention to help you and find a solution for you. I tried to find a way how to cancel my flight ticket or at least change the dates of the flight. The result: out of 1200 EUR flight ticket the airliner was willing to refund 145EUR and for the change of flight dates....they sent me an offer to pay more than 3300 EUR...

NEVER EVER....I WILL CHOOSE THIS TERRIBLE TRAVEL AGENT....and I was stupid i wanted to save money by buying a "cheap" flight ticket...It was cheap in all meanings...
