I bought a pair of shoes from Blacks that got heavily damaged within 3 months of purchase under normal conditions. I was encouraged by a Blacks manager to send them back and they would be assessed and a refund given to me.
A month later I contacted their department and was told that nothing was wrong with the shoes. I was told that I could send the shoes again and that:
" The inspection will be made by a different member of staff, so the outcome could be different."
It is good to know that it is up to the individual employee with no effort for consistency across reviews!!!
