“Very bad Customer Service”

Ordered 6 seat rattan corner sofa and delivery date set for today Friday 16th May. Took day off, but heehoo got on delivery day at 8.32 in the morning a text that goods would be delivered between 4.45 and 7.45 , waste of a whole day. Then....no delivery at all, no notice from either Gardenfurnitureworld as from the transport company XPS Express, tried to call transport company, only had mobile, no answer phone kept ringing. Finally called Gardenfurnitureworld and they told me to wait till Monday as they could not see what happened to my order. Ohh and was told to sent email as that might be answered, yeah sure..What a farce.
Very very poor service and I will never recommend them to anyone.
So now have to wait the weekend to see where my corner sofa of over £600 actually is. should have known that something was not right as my bank, Halifax, already blocked first online payment and only let it go through after spoken to me, security as there is a lot of fraud going on with garden furniture sites. My advice, do not use them
