I was with Damtel and then back in January they left me with no service, no phoneline and no internet and no card payment machine!! With no explanation or apology, they lied and told me I had a fault on my line, which was not the truth...they were in a dispute with the company they rent lines from Damtel had not paid there bills!! so all lines were cut..Damtel never told me this I found this out later....After they made me wait at the shop one day for a tech guy to come fix it, which never happened, I opened early one day for them to come here...they didn't show up!! They kept repeatly promising my "fault" would be fixed within 4 hours they told me this EVERY DAY..After about 10 days of constant lies and broken promises I realised they were never going to fix my line, they just kept on fobbing me off. They are THE worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, Vile and rude staff, extremely poor customer service. They lost my business thousands of pounds! take my advice and never use them as your provider.
