“PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - APPALLING SERVICE”

Ordered garden furniture to be delivered just before Easter weekend. Took day off work and never arrived. Contacted them three times and each time kept getting told it was out for delivery. After Easter, cancelled order and asked for refund. Told this would be in in 3-5 days. During this time, kept getting cards from courier through door saying they tried to deliver. I contacted office again to be told it had been cancelled. Couldn't get refund and tried to contact office again but ignored completely. Had to get credit card company to obtain refund in the end which has just come through, took me 6 weeks in total though!
Absolutely useless and wouldn't recommend to anyone! I have however contacted CAB in Twickenham who have in turn notified Trading Standards. PLEASE CONTACT THEM VIA WEB IF ANYBODY HAS ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ARE NOW AWARE OF THE SHODDY PRACTICES OF THIS FIRM AND WILL INVESTIGATE THEM SHOULD THIS KEEP HAPPENING BUT PEOPLE, YOU NEED TO LET THEM KNOW.
