Ordered a food blender as a present, had to chase with e-mails for it to turn up, when it did half the bits were missing, the base was broken and the motor didn't work. Short sharp reply from customer services that my mighty deals account had been refunded, I don't want to buy anything from this company I want what I paid for as advertised in working order! Think twice about parting with your money with only e-mail customer service. That speaks volumes in itself.
