“Terrible plants”

I have used parkers for years and always had good plants, until this year.
I placed my usual order and out of 20 plants, I had 3 alive.
The packaging was awful, they had root rot, mould on leaves and some already dead. I sent back a package at a cost to me with a letter of complaint saying to cancel the rest of my order and send me my money back, my letter was ignored, I was sent a cheque for the plants I had returned and two days later the rest of my order started to turn up, again they had mould, root dead, damaged.
I sent an email complaining and was ignored!
Never will I order from them again.
