The item I ordered was quoted for delivery in 5 to 10 working days, in reality it took a month and numerous phone calls before the furniture appeared.

Delivery was terrible, turning up at 06:30 on a day we specifically stated was not convenient and the furniture being left upside down in my house.

The item was what I wanted and of good quality, but I'd gladly pay slightly more I necessary and shop elsewhere.
