“Great value and excellent service”

I have been using UKC for a few years having first come across them when I took over a website for a club. I was impressed by the features offered for such a low price. I like to be in control and UKC allow that which lets me help myself and I expect that this helps them to contain their costs. I am used to having telephone support so found using only 'tickets' a bit unnerving but it works quite well, especially at off-peak times. I have recently moved all of my sites to UKC. As it was my first move since setting up 12 years ago I needed some guidance and in the process have found their support to be superb. I also appreciate just how flexible their systems are, offering hosting for multiple sites with aliases, sub-domains, etc. in their entry package.
