“Service or employees are Dramatic”

I spoke to a customer care executive who took my details and told me that they would send all details. But then there was no response.
I called them up again and then they gave me a contact who works in the local office.
But again when I called up this person he/she said they would return back and again no response.

Again I had to call them up and this time, it was heights :

The person pretended as though he/she cannot hear my voice.

The actual reason was that they did not have any information.
So they tried to ignore every call!!
