“Very poor handling of returns”

Recently discovered Woolovers and had so far been pleased with products ordered. However, received one garment with a strong and unmistakable mold/mildew odour. Sent the company an email and got a reply stating that the odour was detergent residue and to hang it out to air for 5 days.

Sent another message asking for further help, as there's no way that detergent would smell like biological fungus. The product wasclearly defective, but I received absolutely no further response or help.

I can no longer recommend Woolovers unless you're willing to risk throwing away good money in the event that you receive a defective product. Clearly, the company doesn't stand behind its product or customer service when things go wrong.
