Ordered a table and chair set from feature deco which, I must say, arrived promptly. However that's when everything started to go wrong.
After unpacking I notice that one of the sofas (there were two) was slightly damaged. No big deal as it was hardly noticeable.
However, when I tried to put the accompanying table together it was clear that the screw holes in the legs were mis-aligned with the holes in the table top.
I called their telephone number ( they have a bizarre way of answering the phone, never stating the name of the company and mostly just saying "hello?") and was told to email them. I did this, even sending pictures to illustrate the problem. 3 days later I was still waiting for a response so I called again. I spoke to someone called Martin who promised to look into the issue and gave me a different email address, to which I sent more photos.
Another two days and no reply. I called again and was offered £50 refund if I was prepared to drill all the holes in the right places and fix the issue myself. For the £800 we paid I'd expect a replacement to be sorted straight away. This doesn't appear to be how feature deco work.
I'm sick of constantly calling this company to put a simple mistake right. There seems to be no communication between the staff, and no one really has a clue what is going on when I ring up. Now I just want a full. Refund and will shop elsewhere. After more phone calls I've been told somebody will arrange to collect the whole lot but I'm still waiting for a call to arrange.
On the whole a very poor service.
