“They don't know what they are doing”

I had an eye test and ordered glasses from the Cannock branch, and stupidly paid up front for them on ordering. The first pair I could not see through, and they were so flimsy with heavy lenses, I knew they would not last. They changed the frames and I could still not see out of them. In the end I had to tell them what to do and they actually took my old frames (from another opticians) into a room (obviously to copy) and said they would change them again. They are still of very poor quality, and I have now started to suffer with headaches so I have gone back to my original opticians and ordered more. I don't want them to change them again as they obviously have no idea of what they are doing, I just put it down to a very bad expensive experience.
