“Definitely the WORST!!!!!”

I had 5 windows and 1 door fitted in 2009.
The metal components on all windows started to RUST within 18mths. Everest came out and replaced all the components including rusting hinges etc.
A year later same thing happened......
A year later same thing happened....
I have had nothing but trouble from the windows and door and am disgusted that they claim to be the best, charge over and above for their shoddy windows and fail to actually remedy the problem.
Within another year....I have the same problem again and they are refusing to change the metal components with stainless steel ones
So, to conclude 4 sets of rusting metal parts on all windows within 5 years.
My next step is WATCHDOG to alert the public to avoid at all costs.....and it will cost dearly.....everest windows!!!!
