“Rubbish service do not use!”

I ordered a product, 15%, so came to £79.99, which was correct discount, went to collect and it wasn't there at the branch, they had no idea why not and told me to go back another day, not happy about this, I thought might as well deliver now as missed the job, only to be told the order had been cancelled. Ok, I shall reorder, back to original price. Sent an email complaining, to be told it was an obvious pricing error and that I should have realised this, how?!?! So ye any promotion, may not be a promotion and your goods might not be there but they won't tell you and they don't care. So far 2 emails both saying it was a obvious and no apology for my wasted time, loss of a job, cost of the vehicle etc, I did use them a fair bit but this is it......... See if I ever get the apology, I can buy the unit elsewhere for £85, so was only a fiver beer money that cost me dearly!
