“Silence is Often not a Good Sign”

My iPhone was received by iGadgets Recycled over 2 weeks ago and despite repeated emails and attempts to call them I cannot get a response. They commit to a 3 working day test and response and now 2 weeks in silence.....
When you call their helpline the message will say you are 5th in the queue but the waiting time is estimated at 36 minutes. Very helpful.
Very fearful that the product is being re marketed, recycled or even resold without payment to customers being made on a timely basis i e their customers are providing their cash flow.
The concept of price over quality is well practiced here.
