“Outstanding Support”

I would just like to say many thanks for the professional support I have received over the past few days. Once ownership of my issue was taken, I was continually updated regarding progress in resolving as well as being given the opportunity to carry out testing as things progressed to ensure that I was happy before proceeding further.

I would like to add that my issue was NOT a major issue - more of an inconvenience to me.

I have been a reseller for at least 14 years with different providers both UK based and overseas and I can honestly say that I have never experienced support like this - even getting phone calls to discuss any potential problems likely to occur moving forward with the fix.

Very well done unlimited - especially the engineer who took ownership of my issue. Many thanks.
