“Terrible service and bad communcation!!”

Ordered 15 packs Stones Meals Bars on 16 April and received email back stating goods out of stock and expected within 5/7 days. Waited again, still no delivery and contacted the advisor by email on 29 April as the bars were showing as 6 packs in stock. Received reply same day that the 6 packs showing as in stock were part of my order? Why show them to other customers as being in stock? They were waiting for the remainder to come in but didn't know when this would be. I asked, on the 30th April for the 6 packs to be sent and cancel the remaining 9. Received the 6 packs two days later. Their email stated they would process the refund within 24 hours but it could take 10 working days for my bank to refund it to me. I'm sorry but the Halifax does not take 10 days - more like 24/48 hours and in my opinion, Seapets are holding onto the refund!!!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
