WRITE A REVIEW

“Pretty good, but transfers & general security not great”

POSITIVES:
I like Heart, I use them for a number of basic clients and they're pretty good for run of the mill domain name management, cheap/basic hosting and cheap/basic e-mail. They provide a pretty decent support service too (expect to get a response within an hour).

SMALL NEGATIVES:
When using an e-mail client (Outlook) for collecting e-mail, a user will often receive certificate warnings and connection problems.
Their webmail offering cannot be configured to work over HTTPS (or force HTTPS) either, which is a pain for resellers wanting to provide a secure e-mail facility for clients.
Webmail doesn't offer an import/export facility - so if you want to move content between accounts, expect to have to find workarounds.
