All I wanted to say was that I incurred a name change fee of €160 as a result of the incorrect name "TBC" being entered by the agency on my flight details which also meant that we the passengers were unable to change the name online and after trying to contact them to alert them about the issue but subsequently failing to get a response we had to pay the fee of €160 to the airline. The airline feels that lowcost were at fault and should reimburse us to the amount of €160.
Also the shuttle bus which brought us from the airport to the apartments took almost 3 hours for a 45 minute journey.
