“DO NOT USE #notAsda #Awful service”

Ordered two pieces of furniture and paid £15 deliver for a named day. Waited a week and come lunch on day of delivery I'd heard nothing.
Chased (call centre in Cape Town) who explained despite been accessed on Asda website and invoiced under name of Asda they had nothing to do with Asda. He said I will escalate and call back in Two hours. Two hours came and went so I chased again. Took 50 mins to get through and was told products were out of stock now and again he'd chase and come back ASAP. Another few bourse passed and I called again. This time waited an hour. Was told this time after demanding to speak to a manager that they had messed up and I wouldn't be getting the furniture anytime soon, could take up to 3 weeks. I asked for a refund and was told I could not have one and would just have to wait. Asda head office in leeds couldn't have been less interested if they tried as they said its nothing to do with Asda.

So here I am several hours used chasing and a day off work wasted, several hindered pound down and absolutely no idea of or when I will receive my order. I have now lost all faith in Asda who I used to be a big fan of and will never use Asda or Asda direct ever ever again.
