Jas : Hi, i have recently ordered no 2329989 and item code CVXD-A192 battery bank is not working properly...all the lights of this battery are on and does not shut down..power on off switch is not working thats why i am unable to switch it off...i think this is a defective piece and i am not happy with it..

Jas : but i dont know anyone who can do this for free
Jas : so i bought product from you guys and its defective pice which is not working properly

Jas : i think chinavasion has some very bad customer service and bad customer advisors...i am not happy with this and i will escalate this matter with trading standards...
