Applied for a current account, took ID into branch, letter received to say they had it all and application successful and progressing, after that it all went pear shaped, no further contact, nothing, it's now been three weeks and they have completely wasted my time
Opened an account online with TSB and I was up and running within ten minutes.
If it takes seven days to do an account switch it doesn't take over 21 to open the account
Wouldn't touch this lot, go elsewhere, don't be fooled by the promise of 5% to tempt you in as it only lasts a year
