“A little disappoinment - English weaving”

The design of the shrugs is lovely - the colours perfect, but ... I am Australian and used to very soft merino wool. The material in the Cosy Shrug Cardigans I purchased is very hard and prickly and to my unpracticed eye, matted. I was very disappointed.

The rub came when I tried to send them back - $A75 postage and three months to get there. So .. I kept them. They will be warm and winter is coming in our neck of the woods.
