“RUBBISH!!!”

**** DO NOT USE THIS TRANSFER COMPANY **** world air transfer company "splash"

First of all we arrived friday night and went straight to meeting point in barcelona airport. After half hour the guy comes over to us to tell us that our name is not on the list so we have to wait till customers come off their flights for us to go on transfer. So after 2 and half hours we get on the transfer.

After showing the guy our confirmation clearly stating the address of our hotel he drops us to the wrong hotel!!!!!

Which then we had to get a taxi costing us €53.70.

I then emailed them letting them know what had happened and that our transfer is all booked for monday. An email was then sent back to me saying yes it is confirmed.
Just to check I went to hotel reception to see about times for monday pick up. She then contacted the company and we was told they would call us back. they did to tell us to go to the bus station for 7.55 am.
So we arrive at the bus station for 7.30am just incase as they seem to be very unreliable and waited till 8.30 and still no sign. As we had a plane to catch we had no other choice but to get a taxi which then cost us €165.00.
