sent the phone off as requested although the promised Jiffy bag was a poor quality envelope and i felt a need to bubble wrap the phone first. Inevitably got a reduced offer but at around 50% of the promised value because 'of scratches on the rear and the frame'. Not the case as phone was in good nick and whilst a reduced amount wasn't a surprise as i expect most do the same the level of it was. Of more concern was the email i got telling me that the offer was reduced as I only had 3 days to accept it otherwise they would have processed it at the lower price and that is just not long enough. In addition you then need to pay them £3 and they make that hard to do. Overall not impressed with the service
