“Extremely bad experience with Natwest for Mortgage”

We applied for our mortgage on the 9th February. The response was quick. We carried on the process. We have already found a house. We still do not have a mortgage offer on paper as Natwest claims they have sent it 4 times and in the post and we have not received anything and they have faxed it twice to our solicitors again nothing received. This has been going on since the 14th April today is the 7th of May and still waiting. We could og completed by now if it wasn't for the service of Natwest.
