I made a claim 3 weeks ago for my vehicle that was bumped into, it took them just under 3 weeks to assess my vehicle and even though they advised me it has been assessed and waiting for a certain man to give me a full report I have been chasing him up for 2 whole days now with no call back at all they keep fobbing me off telling me he is busy at the moment so he will call you the next day that is no good at all for customer service, I work in a call center myself and I know when they just can not be bothered to deal with your claim. collingwood insurance need to sort their customer service out as soon as possible or they will lose customers! all the reviews on this website are not looking great either
