“Online chat support really helpful FTP file size limit”

I used online chat support to find out about any FTP (hosting) file size limitations, for example I'm using digital displays and the software creates a 'package' which can be several GB 1-20GB of data rolled into 1 'package' file which contains many images, videos and misc files to display content on TVs connected to iPads or computers. The only limitation was 100,000 files - then I'd have to start looking at bigger VPS (virtual private server) package. Helpful to know before I purchased hosting. Thanks to support.
