“Incorrect Timescales Poor service”

I requested a loan of these people on the 30th of April and was told i had been referred. It is now the 6th May and I have not yet had a response I tried calling them on the 2nd May and was waiting for 50mins I hung up at that point I sent an email to them also on the 2nd requesting a response by return and as of yet not received one single response. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
