“Superb customer service”

I recently had a query with reference to one of my accounts. Unwittingly I had renewed an account that should have been cancelled.
A note was sent via their On Line Support Centre, which was acknowledged and answered very quickly. After providing them with the further information they required, much to my surprise as it was my error not theirs, a full refund was made to my PayPal account.
I have no hesitation in recommending 123-Reg.co.uk as , in my opinion, it is the manner in which a firm deals with the customer's problems that gives them the reputation they deserve.
