Well just weighed myself after 1 week and I am 6lb lighter. I have not always had the 2 shakes every day, just 1 shake for 4 days and I have substituted the missing shakes with other snacks such as dairylee dinners, fruit and cottage cheese with sesame crackers x 2. I have always had a healthy choice of dinner not going over 600calories. I am so pleased and I do find the shakes to be pleasant-I use a hand blender. :-):-):-)
