homebase we're absolutely appalling. The day of delivery they did not turn up.... After calling them to find out why I then arranged another delivery 5 days later ... Had to cancel my kitchen fitter. Delivery number 2 was meant to turn up between 7 n 11. By 11 I had not received it. Again I had to call them to find out what was going on. It eventually arrived at 3pm with bits missing. had to call again to try and chase up the missing parts. They told me they could not re deliver for another 4 weeks.
Disgusting customer service.
