“Terrible company, awful service.”

Being with 3 is like going back to the days of 56K dial-up. Their 3G is ridiculously slow and their coverage is patchy at best. They're making a big fuss about 4G yet it's going to be available in so few areas that only a handful of people will be able to use it - everybody else has to put up with their terrible service.

Their engineers are completely useless, and to be honest I wonder if they actually even use engineers, as problems are never fixed. I've had a fault on my nearest mast for almost a year now, yet 3 do not care. They'd rather waste their money on stupid, unfunny adverts rather than repairing their infrastructure.

If you want a decent service, avoid this company at all costs.
