“Disappointed”

I have bought previously from wool overs & was very happy with the items purchased. This year again, I had purchased a further 3 items. Quite disappointed with 2 of them. The quality of the jumper & cardigan seems to have declined and the colours ( dark turquoise & grey) seem old and faded. I wanted to return the grey jumper especially as not only did it looked faded and tired, it was also a very large fit.
I had ordered a small( smallest size), but it is hanging off the the shoulders. The only reason I did not proceed was because the postage exceeded AUS $20-, so did'nt think it was worth my while. Very disappointed- will not be buying from woolovers again.
