“Bloody awful service”

Been waiting since 27 March for our Flotos. Advised they would be here 3 days ago and surprise surprise no sign of them. Tried ringing and no answer even though their message states they answer their calls within 30 seconds usually. Waited 6.5 mins that's when they didn't cut me off. I presume they'll get in touch once I do a charge back on my charge and I owe them money.

Very annoyed I had to give them 1 star as they are worse than terrible
