I had the faulty item delivered, despite being one of the highest price tags. Then it had to be sent back to the retailer for the refund. All in all it has yet taken 2 weeks for them to authorise, though is still not done, and am now concerned will take to over a month the whole experience with the time spent with the retailer. Thus, the only resolve is the claim filing via the credit card.
Given the price tag paid and extremely poor customer service - advise - steer clear for time saving, it time equals money to you.
