What a joke Tesco Bank is. After I had been given some wrong information about interest free credit period on my credit card I closed my 2 accounts with them as a consequence. It all ends here? Oh no...2 month later I get a letter with a late fee. Apparently there was an interest amount outstanding which they had not informed me of and they did not take off by DD as before, apparently because the account is closed. Asked them to waive the late fee so they just called me asking me security questions relating to my account. I said I do not have an account, and have not had one for 3 month so how can they expect me to even remotely remember security details and details from the card! And then the man tells me he can not discuss the case with me. They must be having an absolute laugh.
Never ever getting anywhere near Tesco Bank again.
