I was sent the wrong color glasses. When I contacted them, they were defensive and non-apologetic. They informed me the color I had ordered was sold out.
I have been emailing them for A WEEK trying to get them to send me the return shipping label, but they have only sent me custom forms.
I have received an invoice from FedEx to pay $29 for customs on the glasses and I've never had to do this before. They are unresponsive about refunding.
I've had to escalate this to paypal.
Unprofessional, unresponsive, terrible service.
