“terrible terrible company and poor admin department”

My wife asked for her inactive trading acount to be closed when they first advised they were going to introduce quarterly charges a couple of years ago.

She received secure email confirming her request and that it would be passed onto the appopriate department. This wasnt done in a timely manner as they 'were overwhelmed by the amount of accounts to be closed' and fees were taken in error, after more messages//phone calls the fees were eventually returned.

After a short period she found she could no longer access her account so believed the account had indeed been closed.

Today (30 April 2014) she received a letter telling her they have been sending secure messages too her account (that she couldnt access) and she has been racking up debt for the fees still being charged over the past 2 years.

They have 'closed' the account and written off the debt !
