“Forget this company they are a joke, abysmal service”

We ordered a suite for delivery in Feb, the delivery date was given to us. we sold our old suite for £450 and the lady was due to collect from Hull, she had hired a van. we then get a phone call to say that our suite hadnt even been made and that the delivery was not going ahead. We had to cancel the sale of our suite and pay her £50 compensation for her inconvenience. We explained this to the MD and he said 'Your problem not ours' a couldnt care less attitude. Two new dates were arranged but we had to postpone due to urgent family issues. The we get a letter from Thomas Lloyd saying that they wanted to cancel the contract and give us a refund due to us not being abl to take delivery on 28/4/14 when we are out of the country. This company are a joke, my wife saw red and told them to cancel the order and a refund is not anticipated. I wouldnt recommend this outfit to my own worst enemies they couldnt give a damn about loyalty to customers and they really dont realsie that without us they wont continue in business.
