“Poor product. Poor service”

Very bad customer service experience!
Bought a shower valve "Traditional Dual Exposed Thermostatic Shower Valve - ITY309" this product is dangerous and should be taken off the market. I was scolded with very hot water when the end of the plastic valve inside sheared off while turning the unit off. I had to find the mains tap turn the water off and to and call an emergency plumber to come and cap the pipes off. I have informed Victorian Plumbing about it and asked for a refund which they agreed to on the phone and then later refused to on the grounds that "Ultra" the manufacturer didn't want to give one them one!

I am now the proud owner of a poorly manufactured product with cheap plastic valve inside that lasted less than 5 months of use.

£130 down the plug hole
