“No customer service levels at all”

I tried to make a booking and no confirmation was sent.
First thing I knew about the reservation was the money for it being taken from my credit card.

Hotel, quite rightly were entitled to the money, however when I took up the matter of no confirmation was sent, booking.com shunned any responsibility and would not even meet half way. I am now over £400 out of pocket on a reservation I didn't even know I had!!

Don't use booking.com if you want a caring, understanding agent. Use a real agent and someone who cares about their clients instead.
